You are insured at the university; however, you should clarify in advance whether the insurance also covers accidents that occur during private activities. How much training will I have?

Typically, during the season, training is conducted on at least 5 out of 7 days. Sports associations require that one day per week is mandatory for each university to be designated as a rest day. In the off-season, there are periods when training is completely prohibited, but this depends on the sport.
